# Privacy Policy

cleanerbot.xyz is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. See the Cloudflare Supplement below for more information on Cloudflare's data processing.

cleanerbot.xyz is accessing the CLEANERBOT API hosted on cleaner.leodev.cloud, which is hosted on our Origin. See the HTTP Origin Supplement below for more information on our data processing.

• the Landing Page exclusively refers to https://cleanerbot.xyz/. It does not include sub-resources on other domains or paths.
• the Documentation refers to https://docs.cleanerbot.xyz/*.
• the Global Statistics refers to https://cleanerbot.xyz/statistics.
• the Dashboard refers to the dashboard for administering the bot available under https://cleanerbot.xyz/dash.
• Verification Pages collectively refers to Web-Verification Page, Super-Verification Page and Join Guard Verification Page.
• Web-Verification Page refers to https://cleanerbot.xyz/chl.
• Super-Verification Page refers to https://cleanerbot.xyz/verify and https://verify.cleanerbot.xyz/*.
• Join Guard Verification Page refers to https://cleanerbot.xyz/join and https://join.cleanerbot.xyz/*.

• Website Visitors: Those who interact with the Landing Page, the Documentation or the Global Statistics. Does not include the Dashboard, or Verification Pages.
• Adminsitrative Users: Those who operate the Dashboard.
• End Users: Those who interact with Verification Pages.

# Processed data

We may process information through the CLEANERBOT API under the following circumstances:

If you access the Global Statistics we process no additional information.

If you login we additionally process the following information:

• Discord User Information:
  • Username
  • Discriminator
  • Avatar
  • and more (without E-Mail)

And store an OAuth2 token in our database which is automatically deleted after a week. To invalidate the token earlier, you can manually de-authorize the Application in your Discord settings.

This does not apply to End Users using the Web-Verification Page.

If you access the Dashboard we additionally process the following information:

• Discord User Information:
  • Username
  • Discriminator
  • Avatar
  • and more (without E-Mail)
• Discord Servers you are in:
  • Name
  • Icon
  • and more

The information is cached for a few minutes before being automatically deleted from our servers.

Only for logged in users

You must be logged in to use the Dashboard, so the Logging In step is required at the start of the session.

If you use any of the Verification Pages, we additionally process the following information:

• Discord User Information: (for Super Verification & Join Guard)
  • Username
  • Discriminator
  • Avatar
  • and more (without E-Mail)
• Discord Servers you are in: (for Super Verification & Join Guard)
  • Name
  • Icon
  • and more
• Device information & fingerprints for abuse detection
